Drinks at The Boars Head
As you enter the Horse Brass Bar and Lounge a cosy, open fire in the winter months and oak beams welcome you to stay awhile. Here you can admire The Boars Head Inn’s collection of Horse Brasses. There are a variety of different Menus that you can choose from. Accompany your meal with a glass of hand-pulled Yorkshire Ale, a glass of our fine wine or simply enjoy a cup of delicious coffee – just relax and enjoy yourself.
Derek personally selects the wines served at The Boars Head. The wine list offers an interesting and comprehensive selection of red and white wines. A range of Champagne, sparkling wines and delicious dessert wines are also included. A selection of wines are available by the glass.
Derek also takes great pride in serving the perfect glass of hand-pulled ale. Tetley and Copper Dragon Ales, both brewed in Yorkshire, are always available as is a great range of spirits and soft drinks.
Malts we are not conisure ourselves but know that a good selection of malt whisky’s is appreciated by many of you so with that in mind Craig has collected together a fine selection of single malts to work your way through.
We don’t want to leave out our coeliac customers and so we stock a small range of gluten free beers and lagers produced by Green’s of Shipley.
For the lovers of a Gin & Tonic, Craig has collected together what is probably the widest collection of Gins of any Inn in the North of England. Brands that are usually available include Gordon’s, Beefeater, Plymouth Original, Tanqueray Export, Bombay Sapphire, Hendrick’s and Blackwood’s Vintage.
Up to Six cask ales are normally available and generally feature local breweries.

Naylors Pinnacle Blonde
A blonde beer, brewed using optic malt along with a touch of wheat, this beer has citrus and spice flavours, with a floral finish provided by Hallertauer hops.
